Led by Chef Extraordinaire, Culinary Institute Instructor and Restauranteur Brian West, the Smoke Restaurant management team counts on a unique set of skills to prepare the highest quality, mouthwatering foods. There is something for everyone’s palette!  His partners, Adrian Martinez and Javier Sandoval operate numerous San Antonio restaurants and bring a depth of understanding of the food and beverage industry that would be difficult to surpass. With over 21 years in the business, Chef West enjoys accolades and credits few can boast. Since becoming a graduate of the Art Institute in Houston, Chef West has worked at some of San Antonio’s most well-known fine dining establishments, opened and operated his own Restaurant, been a Chef Instructor at Culinary Institute of the Americas, as well as being the operational chef Food Networks “Restaurant Impossible with Robert Irving”.
